Return Conditions:

Returns are free for customers residing in mainland France. You will find a Mondial Relay label inside the package. Simply re-label your package and drop it off at a Relay Point.

Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, except for trying on.

Items must be returned within 15 days of their delivery date.

In the event of an exchange, and if the new model is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible by our services.
