The bombers-original.com website is managed and operated by the company L&M, whose registered office is located at 4 avenue Valquiou - BAT A1 LOT4 - TREMBLAY-EN-FRANCE 93290, registered with the Paris RCS under number 798 095 592.
These conditions exclusively concern non-commercial individuals, and bombers-original.com reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In the event of modifications, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the customer's request will apply.
1. Placing my order
You can shop on our website www.bombers-original.com 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

- Shop, validate your cart
- Choose your delivery method, then your payment method
- Check the summary before confirming your order
We advise you to carefully check your order BEFORE confirming it (size, color, and price) to correct any errors.
- Your order is confirmed once your payment has been made. A unique number will be assigned to it.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
All registered orders will be fulfilled within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability of one or more ordered item(s), the customer will be notified as soon as possible and will automatically receive a credit note corresponding to the amount of the out-of-stock item(s), available within a maximum of 3 days. The customer can, of course, replace this credit note with a refund for the out-of-stock item(s), upon simple request to Customer Service, provided that this credit note has not been used in the meantime.
Orders will only be shipped if they have been paid for.
In order to optimize payment security, the customer may be asked to send a double-sided copy of their valid identity document or passport by email to sav@bombers-original.com, upon request from bombers-original.com
In case of no response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
You have a right to access and rectify your data with bombers-original.com.
2. Payment
Article 2-1
Payment is due in full on the day of the order, and made in a single transaction, without multiple payments. It is made using the following different payment methods:
- Bank cards (CB, Visa, Master Card)
Checks are not accepted.
How to know if the payment is secure?
Bombers-original.com is a partner with CIC bank; transactions will be processed via 3D Secure.
What is 3D Secure? What is my 3D Secure code? Where can I find it?
The 3D-SECURE code is not the one on your credit card. You have a separate code reserved for online payments. This code is provided to you by your bank. This code was either assigned to you directly, or you will be asked to define it during your first credit card payment online (variable depending on your bank's policy and card type). Some banks will ask you for your date of birth, for example.

What exactly changes during payment?
You make your payment by credit card as usual: enter your credit card number, expiration date, and visual cryptogram (last 3 digits on the back of the card). You are then redirected to a site whose address begins with "Https" and where you are asked to enter the 3D-SECURE code.
The redirection is done automatically from our bank's server to your credit card bank's website. This site is completely secure.
Our bank connects with the server of the bank corresponding to the credit card used to authenticate the cardholder in real time.
What happens if authentication fails?
If, after 3 attempts, authentication fails, it will no longer be possible to make an online payment with your card. You must then contact your bank directly to reactivate your security code. However, you can still normally use your bank card to withdraw money or pay via a physical bank terminal.

By validating your order, you guarantee that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you have chosen. The validation of the order will also imply the unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2-3
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 4 weeks directly by bank transfer and correspond to the exact amount of the product(s) concerned, not including any current or future discounts or promotions, nor any shipping costs.
Article 2-4
Discount voucher: offer not cumulative with any other current or future promotional offer, sales, private sales.
3. Delivery
Article 3-1
- Delivery methods
Orders are prepared within 24/48 hours on business days: Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays, when orders are prepared on the next business day.
Added to this is the transportation time: from the confirmation of your package's shipment, delivery times may vary in cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) and are indicated here as an approximation.
You have the choice:
- Colissimo Tracked (the price varies according to the weight of your package and will be indicated to you beforehand in your order): you choose to be delivered by Colissimo via LaPoste directly to your home, allow 2 to 3 days on average from shipment.
Your package is available for 15 consecutive days (starting the day after the notice of passage is deposited).
Beyond this period, if neither you nor your representative (person to whom you have given power of attorney) has come forward, the package is returned to its sender.
The customer will be asked to contribute €5 for administrative processing and the second shipment of the same package. In the event of a refund request following this automatic return, a €7 contribution will be requested.
Ensure that the address you have entered is correct and complete (building/house number, digicode, floor, and name on the mailbox) when validating your order.
In the event that the package is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer will then bear the return costs (these will be deducted from the total amount of the order in the case of a refund)

- Tracking your package
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your package tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package on
the website of the selected carrier (Colissimo on www.colissimo.fr)
4. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unworn items (except for trying on) within 15 days of
their delivery date, by paying for your return.
If you encounter any problems with your delivery (error on our part, defect),
do not hesitate to contact your bombers-original.com Customer Service at sav@bombers-original.com, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm, excluding public holidays.
In the event of an exchange, and if the new model is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible by our services.

To facilitate the processing of your request, we recommend including a note in the package indicating the reason for the return (refund, exchange, defect...).
These two points are very important; please ensure there are no typos, otherwise we will not be able to retrieve your package.
• Withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal on their order, which offers a legal period of 7 days (15 days at bombers-original.com from receipt of the goods) allowing them to return the goods without justification or penalties, with the exception of return costs (excluding packages not received by the customer and automatically returned to our warehouse), in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121 et seq.; this right of withdrawal is exercised only by returning the product, with the return costs remaining at the consumer's expense.
Returned items must not have been used for an extended period.
• Exchange and refund conditions:
In accordance with distance selling practices, only items returned in perfect condition, as they were sold to you, will be accepted. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn clothing, as well as damaged boxes, will be refused.
All products can be subject to a credit note, refund, or exchange.
Any manufacturing defect is covered by our repair guarantee for up to one year after the date of purchase.
• Processing time
The processing time for a return can vary from 1 to 5 days during peak periods. Bombers-original.com will inform the customer by email or phone about the status of their return.
All returns must be made in a single package.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify the goods transport services of any anomaly relating to the external condition of the package (damaged, torn box, etc.) upon receipt, and to inform bombers-original.com of this delivery anomaly as soon as possible.
