What are the payment options?

We accept credit card payments, either in a single payment or in installments. For split or deferred payments, we use the payment provider Alma.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, provided you have not yet received notification that your order is being prepared. Contact us as soon as possible to do so.

I'm hesitating between two sizes, what should I do?

We recommend choosing the larger size if you are unsure. If the size is not suitable, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund.

Can you provide a purchase invoice for my company?

Yes, please contact us at sav@bombers-original.com with your order number to get an invoice.

2. Deliveries

What are the delivery options?

We offer several delivery options: standard home delivery by Colissimo, Pickup relay, at the Post Office, Pickup Station lockers, by Mondial Relay, and express home delivery by Chronopost.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by going to your customer area and viewing your order history and details.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

If you are not present during delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or send you an email or SMS. Packages are usually available at the nearest Post Office.

What if I haven't received my order?

First, check your package tracking. If you cannot locate your package, contact us at sav@bombers-original.com.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us at sav@bombers-original.com. We will collect the incorrect item and send you the correct item.

3. Returns

How do I return an item?

You can return your unworn item (except for trying on) within 15 days of delivery. Use the provided Colissimo label to drop off the package at the Post Office.

How do I track my return?

You can track your return package on the Colissimo website by entering your package number.

What are the processing times?

For an exchange, allow one to two weeks. For a refund, allow a maximum of 7 business days from the receipt of your return package.

Can I return my order in-store?

No, in-store returns are not possible.
